For most documents, yes — the signatory must be present with valid ID. However, we offer Power of Attorney notarization where an authorized representative can act on your behalf, and remote notarization for certain document types.
A valid passport and national ID (if you have one). For corporate notarization, bring the company trade license and the authorized signatory's ID.
Standard notarization takes 15–30 minutes at our office. We can also arrange same-day notarization for urgent cases.
Yes. We notarize documents in bilingual. Documents in other languages may need certified translation before notarization — we handle both in one visit.
